The Hartman Arena Box Office is located on the East side of the building, facing I-135. Enter through the very center entrance.

Secondary Ticket Market
Consumer Warning - Hartman Arena uses bar code scanning for ticket admissions. As a result, patrons should be careful when purchasing tickets and should always purchase tickets through ticketmaster.com or in person at our box office.
Group Ticket Sales
Group tickets and group discounts are available for many events. They are only available through our box office and must be coordinated in advance. If you'd like to look into a group outing for an event, please call our administrative offices at 316.744.8880.
Will Call Information
Will Call is located at the Hartman Arena Box Office. Will Call windows open two hours prior to the scheduled event and will generally remain open through the event. Will Call for concerts and other events will vary based on the specific performance.
Will Call tickets will only be released to the person whose name appears on the Will Call envelope or whose name was provided in the Ticketmaster transaction. No person will be given tickets designated for another person without prior authorization. Proper photo ID is required (valid driver's license) in order to claim your tickets. Your order confirmation number and purchasing credit card may also be required, if applicable. A signature from the person authorized to pick up the tickets will be obtained at the time Will Call tickets are claimed. Name changes will not be accepted via the telephone and information regarding Will Call Tickets will not be given out over the phone.
