Upon arrival to your event, locate your tickets in your Ticketmaster app or the mobile website. You’ll show your ticket to the ticket scanner, your barcode is scanned – and you’re in!

How To Access Your Ticket(s):

• Open your Ticketmaster App or visit Ticketmaster using your mobile internet.
• Login to your Ticketmaster account and locate the order with your ticket(s).

• A Clear Bag Policy has been implemented for most events. Be sure to check the event page at HartmanArena.com for any guidelines and policies that will be in place for that event.
  • Bags larger than 14" x 6" x 14" will not be allowed. Each ticketed guest can carry one large clear bag – either a one-gallon plastic storage bag or the 14" x 6" x 14" clear bag – plus a small clutch purse (5.5” x 8.5”). The clear bag policy will speed up the entry process into the venue, improve security, and limit touchpoints. Clear bags allow staff to check for prohibited items without having to touch or open a bag.

• Car seats or strollers
• Weapons of any kind
• Outside food or beverage
• Cameras with detachable lenses
• Computers, laptops or tablets
• Cans, bottles, coolers or other similar containers
• Video or audio recording devices
• Laser pens or laser pointers
• Noise makers
• Weapons, including but not limited to knives, box cutters, pocket knives, mace, pepper spray, brass knuckles, stun guns, etc.
• Backpacks of any kind, including diaper bag back packs, large bags, sealed packages of any kind
• Fireworks or incendiary devices
• Animals (excluding service animals)
• Balloons
• Flag poles or any support frames for banners/signs
• Any other item deemed unacceptable by Hartman Arena
