PART-TIME ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Hartman Arena is seeking a part-time administrative assistant.  We are looking for a friendly, dependable, detail-oriented person to work 30-35 hours per week.  Duties will include answering phones, greeting guests, filing, preparing rooms for meetings, and any other tasks assigned by the Administrative staff.  Candidate must be proficient in the Microsoft Suite and have experience handling multiple phone lines.  If you would like to be considered for this position, forward your application to Bill at wkueser@hartmanarena.com.
